Find a special place. Keep reminders in one consistent place.
Email is king. Send yourself an email or add to your calendar with email and text reminders.
Stay healthy! Eat right, exercise, and sleep well.
Set Timers and Alarms. On your smart watches or phones. You will always be alerted.
Place visual reminders. Place objects in your line of vision when you have to run errands or when you are doing chores in your house to remind you of a task.
