Gideon and Eva, Piers and Linnet, Charley and Reyes — a good hero and heroine can achieve greatness through coupledom. In a roundtable moderated by Heroes and Heartbreakers’ Heather Waters, authors Sylvia Day, Eloisa James, and I shared the story behind fan-favorite couples, and talked about the ingredients needed to make a memorable romance pairing.
My #RT15 Recap
Grimlets rocked Dallas #RT15
Special thanks to all who came out to support and cheer us on. The book signing was a wonderful! Being able to meet readers is always the best part of any convention.
And, like many of you, I fangirled HARD! EEP!!! I got to meet some of my favorite authors, too! I swooned. I cried. I peed myself a little. But it was all good! Nobody knew!
Here are few of the amazing pictures we took at the RT Convention!

Scrapbooking Mania
I joined Jennifer L. Armentrout, Rachel Caine, Celeste Easton, Jeffe Kennedy, Ciara Knight, and Kim Meyer for a fun and interactive scrapbooking event with readers!!! Readers blinged out their #RT15 scrapbooks. The entire group took pictures with readers and then had them printed out to place in their scrapbooks. It was so much fun!
Greasing the Wheels — Building Momentum and Reader Commitment in a Series
Building a world takes time, detail — and committed readers. While first books can be slowed by necessary detail, they also rope the reader into a deep and lasting love for a universe, creating a momentum and experience that lasts. I joined these super authors famed for their unique and brilliant worlds, universes that have kept readers coming back for more.
Panelists:
Paranormal: The High Price of Love and Magic
Everything has a price. The greater the reward, the more significant the sacrifice. In a paranormal series, there is no greater power than supernatural and no greater reward than love. What sacrifices must characters make to be worthy of their reward? Should there be a sacrifice at all?
I had the honor of being a panelist along side these amazing authors.....
Captian: Ilona Andrews (aka Ilona and Gorden Andrews),
Panelists: Charlaine Harris, Gena Showalter, Jessica Clare (aka Jill Myles), and Kresley Cole! Fangirling the entire time. It was so wonderful to listen to all the witty banter and comradery between the panelist and the audience.
